I encountered a swarm of cockroaches around the fridge, which wasn't ideal. The rooms felt quite old and in dire need of refurbishment, especially lacking air conditioning during a heatwave. The bathroom, while tidy, had an unpleasant odor that lingered. It all left me wishing for a bit more upkeep and care.

The check in and check out were easy, manager was friendly, the location is excellent with few minutes walk to Three Sisters and many trails that originate from there.
The hotel is a little tired, but if the price is right, it is ok for a short stay.

The continental breakfast is delicious with a huge variety of meals. The rooms are decent size and well heated with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors.

The freshly renovated Garden View Queen Bed was a delight! Sipping on a morning cuppa while enjoying the fresh air was divine. Being just a hop, skip, and jump away from delicious spots like the Three Sisters Cafe made our culinary adventure easy.
A cheeky critique, no plug in the bathroom sink made washing dishes a hassle, and we had to jam a wet hand towel in. That persistent buzzing sound all night? Not ideal.

Liked our stay. This hotel is newly remodelled and quiet, has welcoming employees on check-out. Location: the venue was just off supermarkets, Very near to most major attractions at Katoomba such as Echo Points Lookout, and tourist areas. Also, the hotel was relatively near Queen Elizabeth Lookout.
Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

the location is really close to echo point lookout. You have a 5 minute walk and can view the 3 sisters in sunset. Hotel staff gave us tips for restaurants with discounts. if you like original italian Pizza: we had yummie pizzas at Papa Dinos.
Fridge did not work, and we had to complain 3 times until fridge was changed. Heating did not work properly and it really gets cold in night. Motel is ok, but all room stuff looks a bit old, needs some maintenance. Check all your room functions whn checking in.

Very nice facilities in general, incredible and amazing location happy to spend time helping us work out what to do in the area. Savoury breakfast with a lot of choices.

The curtains dragged on the floor and the bathroom was shockingly tiny-definitley not 5-star quality. When I pointed these issues out, I expected an upgrade or at least a complimentary breakfast, but no special treatment. So sad! Almost contemplated a good review, but just couldn't!

The hotel offers a continental breakfast with porridge and prunes, as for instance. The rooms are heated and newly decorated, equipped with free WiFi and coffee. Plus, the location is marvellous, minutes from an unusual rock formation.
